TAKUMI

Takumi Sato was born in Chiba in 1969.He was interested in color and obtained a Color Coordinator's qualification in 2015.
He was disgusted with the shopsigns,menus that were simply printed.He was inspired by the word "Chalkart" from the radio.
After he encountered chalkart,he studied under Yuka Ozaki,Ayumi Kano at the Hakubokudo of the Monique Chalkart Association accredited school.After completing the curriculum,he has been working as an artist and lecturer in order to convey many people the fun of chalkart that anyone can easily start.
He uses chalk (oil pastel) to draw flowers and animals on a blackboard,and draws backgrounds that match the image.He draws works daily to develop his style further.
His goal is to draw an easily understandable,high-impact picture that makes fun for people to watch.He exhibited at the Hakubokudo Exhibition in 2018 and New Year Sakura Art Exhibition in 2019.

主な展示に2018年 白墨堂展示会、2019年 新春佐倉美術展に出展。
